VA Claim Advocates helps veterans with VA disability claims. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We use it to talk with you about your claim, to prepare and file it, and to keep you updated on its status. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share your information only with the people and services needed to do the work, such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the service providers that run our systems. We limit access to the team members working on your claim.
If a team member connects a Google account to our scheduling tool, we read only free/busy times from the calendars they choose, so we can avoid double-booking calls. We do not read the contents or details of calendar events, and we do not use this data for anything else.
We treat your service and medical records as sensitive and limit who can see them to the people working on your claim.
